BRICS Mobility Takes Indian Candidate Recruitment to a New Level
In February, BRICS Mobility signed agreements with two key Indian labor market institutions and has already begun implementing projects. This takes our work with Indian talent to a fundamentally new level. We gain direct access to India's national labor force database and a leading association of training centers, where we can train candidates to meet the requirements of Russian employers.
How the Leaders Work
Germany, Japan, South Korea, and other countries that have long and systematically recruited Indian personnel do not work through private centers, but rather build processes at the national level. In India, it is a federal operator of vocational education that accredits training centers and sets national training standards.
Russia remained outside this system for a long time. Today, BRICS Mobility is our only official partner.
We also signed an agreement with a training center whose facilities prepare specialists for work in countries with the most stringent requirements—Japan, Korea, Europe, and the Middle East.
What does this mean for employers?
BRICS Mobility has a Russian educational license for a number of vocational training programs. Thanks to our new Indian partners, we can:
In essence, we are transferring Russian vocational education to Indian soil. Candidates arrive in Russia as ready-made specialists, understanding the challenges they face.
Five advantages of the new approach
Speed. Direct access to the labor force database and network of training centers allows us to build a pool of reliable candidates without a chaotic search.
Quality. Training tailored to the employer's specific needs is provided while still in India.
Transparency. Verified qualifications and a clear profile for each candidate.
Reliability. State-owned training infrastructure and the status of the sole official operator minimize risks.
Documents. Integration with official structures simplifies data processing and verification.
BRICS Mobility is becoming a new type of operator: we don't just search for people, but provide employers with direct access to infrastructure where they can develop their talent. This represents a shift from a chaotic intermediary market to an institutional model where qualifications are verified, training is standardized, and processes are transparent.
