Training in India: BRICS Mobility has recruited another group of employees for its Russian production facility.

Training for the next group of employees for a Russian manufacturing company in India is currently in full swing. Approximately 100 candidates have already been selected based on employer requests. A company official personally attended all stages of the selection process and is currently overseeing and monitoring the training process, as well as conducting training in one of the modules.

What's happening now

While the paperwork is being processed, the selected candidates undergo intensive training. In small groups of up to 25 people, they are introduced to the technical regulations of the specific production facility and Russian standards, including occupational health and safety requirements. They are also introduced to the working conditions: shift schedules, pay system, discipline, housing, and house rules. A separate module is devoted to basic knowledge of the Russian language. This helps future employees adapt more quickly and integrate into the team. Experience shows that during the training phase, some candidates will be eliminated during the final testing. Those who successfully complete the course will return to Russia better adapted, with an understanding of the tasks and a readiness to work at a Russian enterprise. As early as this fall, the trained group will begin working shifts at a production facility in the Saratov Region.

Why is this important?

Multi-stage selection and training prior to departure is not just a formality. It is a system that has proven its effectiveness in hundreds of projects: turnover among those who have completed this training does not exceed 10%, and contracts are signed for 1-3 years. Investment in high-quality selection and training pays off with shift stability and predictability of production processes. Experts estimate that the cost of replacing one employee can reach 30% of their annual salary, and an untrained foreign worker is highly likely to quit within the first 45 days. Therefore, the pre-departure training stage is critical for businesses that do not want to lose money on constant replacements.
