Important Notice: Fraudsters May Be Using the BRICS Mobility Name

BRICS Mobility warns that unscrupulous recruitment and education agencies in African countries may be using our name. Here is how to verify an agent and protect yourself from fraud.

Start with the job listing

If you have doubts about a recruiter who claims to be working on behalf of BRICS Mobility, email us at our official address: admin@bricsmobility.com, stating your name, the position you are applying for and the name of the recruiting agency. We will check whether you are on our lists and whether the recruiter or agency you are dealing with is one of our partners.

If you suspect that a vacancy advertised in our name is fake, let us know. Send us the link to the listing and the name of the agency, and we will look into it.

How to protect yourself

Before you pay any money, sign a contract or buy a ticket, make sure you are dealing with an official representative of BRICS Mobility.

—Check that the agency is registered with the National Employment Authority (NEA). Its name and status must match the official record.

— Ask the recruiter to name the Russian employer and to provide the exact address of the workplace, the job title, duties, salary and accommodation arrangements.

— Be on your guard if you are asked to pay before your documents have been checked, or if you are promised that “everything will be sorted out on arrival.”

Our reputation and official status

BRICS Mobility is currently the only Russian company whose demand letters for Russian employers are certified by the Embassy of the Republic of Kenya in Moscow. We work with Kenyan recruitment agencies accredited by the NEA.

We state with full responsibility that BRICS Mobility operates legally and in good faith, holds all the required licences and certificates, and works in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya and the Russian Federation.

We have already taken action and are ready to help

We have contacted the Kenyan regulatory authorities and filed a complaint with the National Employment Authority (NEA) over the use of our brand to deceive job seekers. We will do everything necessary to protect Kenyan citizens from fraudulent schemes.

If you have any questions about a vacancy or would like to verify a recruiter, please get in touch. We are open, ready to share information and happy to help you get to the bottom of it.
