New Labour Markets: Workforce from India, Vietnam, Kenya and Tanzania — Results of the BRICS Mobility and Migranto.ru Webinar

On November 7, BRICS Mobility, together with Migranto.ru, held a webinar titled “New Labour Markets: Workforce from India, Vietnam, Kenya and Tanzania. Recruitment Theory and Adaptation Challenges in Russia.”

The speaker of the webinar was Natalia Vershinina-Adelman, Head of the international project BRICS Mobility. She shared her practical experience in recruiting foreign specialists and spoke about how to build effective and controlled labour migration flows between Asia, Africa and Russia.

During the session, participants discussed:

  • recruitment specifics for workers from India, Vietnam, Kenya and Tanzania;

  • requirements of Russian legislation for employing foreign nationals;

  • adaptation of foreign employees in Russia;

  • effective BRICS Mobility solutions for employers and staffing agencies.
